How I got here.
No master plan. Just a few decisions I made early that kept opening new doors.
Exchange semester in Pennsylvania
Half a year near Pittsburgh. Took classes in entrepreneurship and personal finance. Seeing how Americans think about money and investing compared to back home in Slovakia changed how I think about both.
Moved to Denmark, started my bachelor's
Moved to Copenhagen to study Business and Economics at RUC. Living alone abroad while studying full time was its own kind of education. Graduated 2025.
First property at 22, real estate agency in Bulgaria
Bought my first apartment at 22, then built a real estate agency in Bulgaria. Managed 8 properties, ran short-term rentals, and helped clients find deals that at the time delivered solid returns in a growing market.
Co-founded a healthtech startup
Ran sales, team, and operations for an AI solution helping seniors with cognitive health. Built from zero, learned what it actually takes when there's no safety net.
Two more apartments in Slovakia
Added two long-term rental properties back home. Proof that you can build a portfolio while working and studying full time.
B2B sales at Milestone Systems + MSc at RUC
Working part time in B2B sales and customer success at a tech company in Copenhagen while finishing my Master's in Business and Leadership. Still investing, still building. And alongside all of that, sharing what I've learned about real estate, personal finance, and sales along the way.
